Saly joined Merrill Lynch in 1980 after graduating from Cornell University, where she studied Psychology. Her practice is ranked #1 in the Philadelphia Complex, and was ranked the 2nd largest practice in Merrill Lynch for 2009. She invests more than $2 billion for high net worth individuals, corporations, and institutions.Since The Barron’s Winner’s Circle was initiated, Saly has been listed consistently in the top third of the Barron’s 100 Best Brokers. She is listed #1 in the 2008 Top 100 Women Financial Advisors and in a 2009 state by state ranking she is listed #1 for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Saly was a leader in the early 80's, advocating a comprehensive financial planning approach to clients. She designed and implemented a custom affinity group 401(k) plan, and developed a segment of her practice specifically for retirement planning for businesses.She has served as an active advisor and instructor at the Merrill Lynch National Training Center in Princeton, NJ, and personally developed and presented elements of the Advanced Training Curriculum. She has also been a Faculty Member of Wharton's Securities Industry Institute. Saly was featured in national advertising campaigns in the mid 80's and 90's designed to emphasize the importance of working with a Financial Advisor to develop solid, long-range goals.A competitive athlete and equestrian, Saly has been competing nationally for 40 years. Her passion for the outdoors has her committed to land conservation in her community and surrounding areas. She and her husband, Allan, have 2 daughters; Janice, 18, and Lauren, 13.Saly also owns a thriving fitness center and retail wellness store, Kindle Hill LLC in GwyneddValley, PA.
