I liked your post. It says rightly and very importantly that the firm needs to be well informed. You need to be updated with the happenings in politics, finance, markets etc and after studying all this well you can have the confidence to guide your clients. Once your knowledge is great and you are well versed, learning peoples skill will enhance the customer satisfaction that you aim to reach.
