I find that speaking to seniors and peer group helps. Seniors are able to provide insights and offer help. Peer group helps you understand that you are not the only one in the cold. Also sometimes you may come up with common strategies to resolve the problem. I also hear motivational lectures. Everybody goes through this phase- it may be a case of a non-start for a start-up and may be a case of stagnation for the already in existence firm. The only way out is to keep on working, remaining updated, enhancing your skills, networking and rendering quality services to existing clients. Hard work is sure to pay off.
