Does anyone know a B/D that will let you run advisory fees through an independent RIA and not take a haircut from the fee?

Example:
Independent RIA Advisor charges a fee to a client for financial planning (fee goes to RIA - no haircut is taken by B/D)

Then Independent RIA Adivisor recommends invesment platform (Brinker, Lockwood, AssetMark, take your pick) charges an advisory fee (1% of assets) (Fee goes to RIA - no haircut is taken).

Then Independent RIA Advisor sells variable annuity to client & Variable Life Insurance (Product goes through B/D channel on normal grid).

Anyone know of a platform that will allow something like this?
