      Have a new client that currently has a Simple IRA and definitely needs a different retirement plan. I am looking for a firm that does plan administration and helps on the design for small employers. Anybody have any recommendations?

      Larry Starr, at Qualified Plan Consultants in W. Springfield, MA, has forgotten more about plan design and administration than many employee benefit experts know.  He does work for clients in all states (I think) and can be reached at larrystar@qpc-inc.com.
