      Do you have any good marketing ideas for those just getting into the profession?  What has worked for you?

      My advice:

      Make a list of everyone you know and place them in a database.  That should be 200-400 or so people from a vast walks of life.  Let them know that you're going into business/changing firms, etc.   "This is what you'll hear my ideal clients say"  and include a call to action.
