CapWealth Advisors, based in Brentwood, Tenn., has named Scott Roland president of the firm. Roland joined CapWealth Advisors last February as chief operating officer.

 

HighTower, based in Chicago, has added Andrew Morse, Justin Towey and Bob White as managing directors. Previously, the three were financial advisors at UBS. They will practice in New York City as the Morse, Towey & White Group.

 

M&I Institutional Trust Services, based in Milwaukee, has appointed Janet L. Ehn director of consultant and advisory services.

 

John Kim was named chief investment officer at New York Life Insurance Co. in New York City. Kim is currently president of New York Life Investments, a position he will retain.

 

Securian Trust Co., based in St. Paul, Minn., has named Sarah Monke president. Monke had been a manager of compliance services at Securian Financial Services, the firm's broker-dealer.

 

Thomas J. Clarke Jr., has been named chief executive officer of Weiss Group in Jupiter, Fla. The company owns several financial services businesses, including Weiss Capital Management. Clarke had been chief executive officer of TheStreet.com.
