Advisor Impact, a client feedback consulting firm, and Focus Partners, an advisor coaching firm, announced today they are joining forces to offer Advisor Impact clients coaching in addition to its Client Audit Program.

Advisor Impact clients can now receive “Engagement Coaching” from a dedicated coach at Focus Partners. These coaches will provide advisors with tools, resources and guidance to help deepen client engagement based on the Client Audit Program results.

“The big change is that this increases the likelihood that they’ll see real results from the client data,” said Julie Littlechild, founder and chief executive officer of Advisor Impact.

While advisors working with Advisor Impact currently receive data and information regarding client feedback, engagement and what drives it, through this partnership and the new level of service Advisor Impact is offering, they will now have the option to receive the additional coaching to help apply the information and implement new strategies specific to their practices.

Though the data advisors get about client engagement from the audit program is pretty self-explanatory, Littlechild said, “We kept hearing that they needed that extra little push.”

This is precisely the point of the coaching, according to Eric Sheikowitz and Michael Silver, Focus Partners co-founders.

Sheikowitz said the partnership and the chance to give advisors actionable ideas to use to turn client feedback data into tangible results is very exciting. In fact, according to Silver, “insights into action” was one of the slogans the founders came up with when they were building the program.

“The more tactical, the better,” Sheikowitz said. “The coaching involves real, tactical, tangible things advisors can do to better their practice. It’s not fluffy.”

Silver said coaches can work with advisors on issues like growing referrals and bringing more of a client’s assets to the advisor and will customize an engagement program for each advisor based on the specific client feedback they receive. “Once an advisor goes through an audit and then you layer in the coaching with the idea flow, accountability and marketing ideas that come with it, it opens a lot of doors,” he said.

As for the future of this partnership, Sheikowitz said, “This is the beginning of a beautiful and fruitful relationship.”
