Legg Mason�has filed an�application�with the�Securities and Exchange Commission�for an exemption order for two equity and one fixed income offering via an ETF Trust.

Specifically, the trust will initially offer the�Legg Mason Western Asset Ultra-Short Duration ETF,Legg Mason Capital Management Systematic Equity Fund�and�Legg Mason Equal-Weighted Equity Sector 3.

A spokesperson for the firm was not immediately available for comment on the filing.
