Morgan Stanley Wealth Management has bolstered its New Jersey presence with the hiring of three advisors from Merrill Lynch and UBS, the company announced Monday.

In Paramus, N.J., Diane Alecci and Lynn Blanchard join from Merrill Lynch, where they previously had $500 million in client assets under management and $2.86 million in annual fees and commissions.

Alecci had been registered with Merrill Lynch for more than 34 years, according to her public registration records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, while Blanchard was with Merrill Lynch for more than 27 years. Together, they operate under the name D&L Group, and report to branch manager Eric Jansen.

Financial advisor Ralph Marra joins Morgan Stanley in Shrewsbury, N.J., from UBS. He previously oversaw $150 million in client assets and had $2.1 million in production. Marra joined UBS in May 2008, his FINRA registration records show, following eight years at Merrill Lynch. He reports to branch manager Todd Sacks.
