Morgan Stanley has lured three top producing advisors, two from Wells Fargo and a third from St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Raymond James.

In Miami, Fla., Morgan Stanley has added Leon Ciobataru and Luiz Boruchowski from Wells Fargo where they oversaw over $210 million in assets and produced $1.8 million.

A 13-year veteran, Ciobataru began his career with Prudential in Sao Paulo, Brazil, according to public records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and eventually moved to Wachovia and then Wells Fargo after the merger in 2009.

Boruchowski has nine years of experience and also began his career at Prudential in New York, according to FINRA records. The two will report to Kevin McCarty, Miami complex manager.

A third recruit, Cheryl Young, joins Morgan Stanley in Los Gatos, Calif., from Raymond James. Young produced $2,384,000 from $221 million in client assets.

Young began her career in 1998 and had been at Ameriprise and UBS before joining Raymond James, according to FINRA.

At Morgan Stanley, Young reports to Palo Alto complex manager Cira Nickerson.
