A big producer and long-time industry veteran has left Merrill Lynch to join RBC in Tucson, Arizona.

A 30-year industry veteran, Harold Langer of the Langer O’Neill Investment Group produced around $1.2 million from the $180 million assets under his administration.

Langer began his career at J. Milton Newman in 1983 according to public records with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and was at UBS prior to joining Merrill. At RBC, Langer will report to Richard Schaefer, director of the firm’s Tucson branch.

“We’re very excited to welcome Harold and his team to RBC Wealth Management,” Schaefer said in a statement.  “His industry knowledge and dedication to clients will go a long way towards assisting both businesses and individuals.”
