Randall was hired as a senior vice president and divisional sales director overseeing the firm’s western division. Onachilla joins Aria in the same role, and will focus on building distribution in the firm’s eastern division. Both professionals are targeting RIAs looking to incorporate guaranteed income products into their independent practices, the company said in a press release Tuesday.
Randall has two decades of experience as a wholesaler in retail sales. He had been a divisional sales manager covering all channels of distribution for John Hancock Annuities. Onachilla had been a director of sales for TIAA-CREF, overseeing both advisor and institutional channels in the northeast.
