Just the other day, we read about UBS's coup in getting an ace team from Morgan Stanley and now there is a break-away from its own team to set up an independent team. Looks like once again this is the flavour of the season. The timing however is predictable, this is just after year-end bonuses and raises would have been announced and paid out.
