Former UBS advisors with a combined $501 million in client assets have opened an independent practice with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.
Advisors William Becker and Kurt Skvarla left the wirehouse to join forces as Becker Financial Group. The team is based in Mars, Pa., according to FiNet.
Becker got his start in the industry with Mercer Allied Company in 1999 before later joining UBS in 2010, according to FINRA BrokerCheck records. Skvarla began his securities career at UBS in 2010, BrokerCheck shows.
FiNet recently recruited a Morgan Stanley advisor with more than $156 million in client AUM.
