Three financial advisory teams, which had a combined $4.25 million in revenue, have joined the independent broker-dealer subsidiary of Raymond James Financial.
Cheryl Young formerly with Ameriprise Financial, had revenue of $1.2 million on $230 million in assets under management. Young, based in Campbell, Calif., specializes in employee stock options and exit strategies for corporate executives and professional athletes.
Gordon Wollman, formerly of SagePoint Financial Advisors, (a unit of AIG Advisors Group), had $1.65 million in revenue derived from $150 million in client AUM. Barron’s named Wollman one of the Top 1,000 advisors in the U.S. earlier this year and as the top-ranked advisor in South Dakota. Wollman is a 14-year veteran of the industry and leads a team of eight out of offices in Huron and Sioux Falls. His practice focuses primarily on retirees and pre-retirees.
And, Jeff Fehrman has come over from SunTrust Investment Services, where he had revenue of $1.4 million with $125 million in AUM. He is based in Augusta, Ga. His team’s specialties include corporate retirement plans and endowments.
