Zephyr’s tools help investment professionals make decisions about investment products and portfolio construction. Its StyleAdvisor software offers returns-based style analysis, meaning a manager’s style can be determined by looking at his or her pattern of returns over time.
“We are very excited to be able to provide enhanced services and products to our growing family of over 2,000 clients,” says Leno Toich, joint managing director at Informa.
The acquisition of Zephyr will give Informa a wider range of tools towards integrated business intelligence, as well as provide decision support for wealth management professionals.
“Zephyr’s addition to the IIS family improves the functional footprint of the IIS suite, while the availability of IIS content will permit deeper analysis within the Zephyr toolkit,” says Will Clemens, CEO of Zephyr. “Combining the expertise and resources of these two companies will no doubt benefit our customers and employees.”
