Good work Dave and yes, a financial advisor who embraces a particular passion needs to go to where like minded people can be found.

I learned that from one advisor friend in 2001. He told me he was going to a medical conference. I couldn't understand why. He said over 80% of his clients are doctors. He wants to understand their language (and industry) more, sooooo, that's where he goes; Medical conferences throughout the nation. He also hosts financial breakout sessions at some of these events.
