Morgan Stanley Wealth Management has tapped rival wirehouses UBS and Wells Fargo for four advisor hires with $475 million in client assets under management and $4.5 million in production.
Three-member advisor team Arturo Castelo Lopez, Jennifer Sierra and Marion Tettke join Morgan Stanley from UBS in Miami. Together, the team previously oversaw $375 million in client assets and had $3.5 million in fees and commissions. They report to complex manager Kevin McCarty.
Lopez served at UBS for about four years prior to moving to Morgan Stanley, his public registration record with FINRA show. Sierra joined UBS more than three years ago and also previously served at Stanchart Securities and Ameriprise. Tettke was with UBS for almost eight years, and also served at Dresdner Lateinamerika Financial Advisors.
Morgan Stanley has also added financial advisor Ricardo Kent to its Plantation, Fla., office from Wells Fargo. Kent most recently managed $100 million in client assets and had $1.01 million in production. He reports to branch manager Giovanni Renteria and complex manager Billy Van Scoyoc. Kent comes to the firm after 10 years at Wells Fargo, and has also served at Prudential Securities, according to his public registration records.
