Emotional Connections.

Now, I personally think it doesn't matter if you're a male, a female, GenY or baby boomer. For me, connecting emotionally is critical for relationships to build, grow and prosper. Thats for any age group or gender.

I did my own tiny survey asking some of my long time female financial advisor friends what they thought. Most all mentioned these two words: "Emotional Connections"

Its an older report, but the Boston Consulting Group wrote a little on the topic. Its not focused on the financial advisor industry, but you'll get the point. Here's a link:
