Raymond James & Associates has recruited two veteran advisor teams from Smith Barney to join its Jacksonville, Fla., branch. The teams generate a combined $4.2 million in fees and commissions.

James Ray, Adam Campbell and Wilson Studstill previously oversaw $370 million in client assets and generated more than $2.3 million in fees and commissions. Ray spent 16 years and Campell and Studstill spent 12 and 11 years, respectively, at Smith Barney, according to FINRA filings.

Ken Miedema and Ivan Gordon also joined Raymond James’s Jacksonville branch from Smith Barney. They previously generated $1.9 million on client assets of more than $190 million. Miedema spent 10 years and Gordon spent five years at Smith Barney, according to FINRA filings.

“These successful advisors have developed a reputation for excellence among their clients and peers and we’re very pleased to welcome them aboard,” said branch manager Tom Galvin in a statement.
