FINRA Fines Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch $1M Each

FINRA slapped Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch $1 million each in fines for submitting incomplete blue sheets. The three banks declined to comment.

It's not the corporation that does harm---It's the people who work in the companies---They are the one's who should be held accountable and fined and/or go to prison---the corporation is an enity. If no one individual is accountable, fines are meaningless
