This article very effectively captures the desirable and the undesirable qualities of a professional manager. As a start up the enrepreneur wears many hats, but once the business achieves critical mass, it is essential to bring in professionals as a part of the management team. What to look out for and what should be avoidable traits are very well brought out above. Must read for new entrepeuners and entrepreuners who are nearly there.
