Wells Fargo Advisors has nabbed five new advisors with $849 million in client assets to its independent brokerage, private client and wealth brokerage divisions.

News of the hires comes as Wells is amidst a hiring tear, having also added advisors with more than $1.9 billion to its various wealth businesses earlier this month.

The largest of the new hires by client assets and production is the Landsberg Bennett Private Wealth Management Group, who joins the firm’s independent brokerage group Financial Network in Punta Gorda, Fla., from Merrill Lynch. Kimiagar comes to the firm with 22 years of experience, according to the firm, and had previously been registered with Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Investment Services and BA Investment Services. He has been registered with Wells Fargo since June 6, according to his FINRA registration records.
