Kelli Cruz
Schwab Institutional director of advisor practice management
Kelli Cruz is responsible for developing and managing Schwab Institutional's practice management programs for advisors, including Schwab Advisor Transition Support®, Compliance Resources, and the newly launched Human Capital offering. Ms. Cruz has an extensive background in human resources as a senior manager with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, talent management and compensation. Prior to joining Schwab, Ms. Cruz was with Wells Fargo for 15 years, where she worked in both the Institutional and Private Client Services groups. She was responsible for managing human resources for the Private Client Services group, providing consulting to more than 5,000 employees in four regions of the United States. While at Wells Fargo, she also led the development of their small business 401(k) product, as well as an advice product for plan participants. Ms. Cruz earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from San Francisco State University.
Fox, Joss & Yankee, LLC
Prior to founding Fox, Joss & Yankee, Jon Yankee was a lead advisor at Rembert, Pendleton, & Fox (RPF), where he earned his Certified Financial PlannerTM certification. Mr. Yankee specializes in portfolio design and implementation, retirement planning, education planning, and cash management for professionals, retirees, young families, and non-profit/charitable organizations. Jon is member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Region of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). Prior to joining RPF, Mr. Yankee was a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch and a financial analyst with the Aerospace Division of Honeywell in Phoenix, AZ. He also worked five years in Honolulu, HI as a program manager for the Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC). Jon earned his MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management. He received a BA in International Studies from the University of Richmond in 1992.
