David Seigerman, 42, joins the firm from Morgan Stanley, where he previously managed $67.8 million in client assets, and had $860,000 in production. A 14-year industry veteran, he will serve as first vice president of investments in Janney’s Bedminster, N.J. office.

Prior to his four years at Morgan Stanley, Seigerman was at Citigroup from 2006 until 2009, when the firm transferred its business to Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he worked with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter for seven years.
