UBS has hired a team of five advisors from Bank of America-owned U.S. Trust to work in its new private wealth management office in Charlotte, N.C.
The five advisor recruits are led by C. Harvey Rice, who will report to Robert Karem, head of UBS’ private wealth management in Atlanta, according to an internal UBS memo.
Rice’s team includes other former U.S. Trust advisors including Haley B. Hill, David S. Halvorsen, Jennifer Burkhardt-Blevins and Mark Grow. Together, the team manages more than $800 million in client assets, according to the memo.
